Unwanted Products
Unwanted products can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery as long as they are still in their original, unopened packaging. This policy for unopened goods is in addition to your statutory rights and applies to purchases made online.
In accordance with your rights when purchasing goods online, unwanted items can also be returned if opened for inspection, provided you notify us within 14 calendar days from the day after delivery. Once you have informed us, items must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date you communicated your decision to cancel the order.
Please note, we are unable to accept returns of e-liquids that have been unsealed or used, for health and hygiene reasons. These regulations also do not apply to personalised, intimate, perishable, or time-critical goods.
Returns and exchanges can only be processed with proof of purchase (sales receipt, order confirmation, or bank statement). Please include your order number when returning a product.
Faulty Products
If your product develops a fault, we aim to resolve the issue quickly and fairly.
- If the fault occurs within 30 days of purchase (or delivery), you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
- If the fault develops within the product’s warranty period, we will offer a prompt repair service. In all cases, we reserve the right to inspect the item and verify the fault.
Please note, faults caused by accident, misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear are not covered.
Damaged Products
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the return and replacement of the damaged item.
Refunds
Refunds are issued once returned items have been inspected. Items returned that are not faulty or exchanged may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
You must contact us within 30 days of purchase to request a refund. Items returned after 30 days cannot be refunded.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or damaged. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
