Welcome to Early Bird. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of hardware products from us. By accessing or using our site, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

By placing an order, you represent that you are of legal age to make purchases and that any information you provide is accurate.
We may use age-verification services as required by law (e.g., verifying your identity or date of birth).

3. Orders, Pricing & Availability

All orders are subject to acceptance by Early Bird. We may refuse any order for any reason, such as inventory issues or errors in product description.
Prices shown include applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to amend pricing or withdraw a product at any time prior to order confirmation.
Images are for illustrative purposes only; actual products may vary slightly in colour, size or finish.

4. Payment & Contract Formation

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract between you and Early Bird is formed once we send you an order confirmation (by email) following payment.
Payments are processed by trusted third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card details ourselves. All payment transactions are encrypted.

5. Shipping & Risk of Loss

Once the products leave our premises, the risk of loss or damage passes to you.
Delivery times are estimates. We are not responsible for delays outside our control (e.g. courier delays, customs, weather).

6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

If you cancel an order before dispatch, we will refund you in full.

7. Warranty & Faulty Products

If a product becomes faulty within its warranty period, we will offer repair, replacement or refund, subject to inspection and our assessment.
Warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, modification, or wear and tear.

8. Intellectual Property & Website Use

All content on this website — including text, images, logos — is owned by or licensed to Early Bird. You may not reproduce or use such content without permission.
You agree not to use the website for unlawful purposes or to upload viruses or malicious code.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for misuse or violation of these Terms.

9. Liability

Early Bird shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our products or website.
Our liability, where applicable, shall be limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit your legal rights under UK consumer law, especially in relation to faulty or non-conforming goods.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update or change these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on our website with the updated Effective Date. Continued use of the site or placing orders after changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
